The process starts with you!
- Call 954-817-3030 to schedule a meeting with Steve.
- Bring photos, plan ideas, web links, magazines, etc.
- During your consultation, he will ask for basic design, property, and budget
info.
- He will then design your floor plan, detailing room dimensions, layout, ceiling
heights, windows and doors, and fixture locations. Plan ideas will be e-mailed
to you.
- On the second meeting, Steve will present you with a design contract and go over
more specific finishes and specifications, including site development and
engineering procedures.
- Once the preliminary plans are completed, a third meeting will be scheduled for
editing of plans and implementation of more detailed specs for your final draft.
Plans usually take 3-6 weeks to draw based on the size of home, amount of
detail, editing, and other factors.
